License for one agency and five client projects

The purchasing agency may copy, edit and use these files for up to five distinct client projects. Its staff and contractors may use the pack for that agency's licensed projects. A project is one separately scoped client automation delivery. Revisions within that scope do not consume another project. Further distinct projects require another pack license.

The agency may share completed, client-specific outputs with the client for that project. That client may use those completed outputs to operate and manage its own automation. The agency may retain an archive and working copies. Do not resell, sublicense, redistribute or publish the unfilled source templates, or offer them as a competing template product. Do not use client delivery as a way to distribute a reusable blank template library.

The purchasing agency receives access to updates that Shirasu Systems publishes for this product during the twelve months after purchase. No particular new feature, update frequency or future compatibility is promised. The agency may continue using the files it has received under this license after the update period ends. There is no subscription or DRM in the templates.

The separately supplied two-page free sample may be used as a handover exercise and shared intact with attribution to Shirasu Systems. It does not grant rights to redistribute the paid source templates. All sample facts, people, accounts and results are fictional.

The pack supplies closeout structure, editable records, instructions and worked examples. Your agency supplies the actual workflow facts, tests, evidence, client decision and agreed support terms. Workflow installation, debugging, maintenance, consulting, calls, legal advice, certification and factual attestations are not included. No example is evidence of a real client result or a promise of workflow performance.
