Data used by this storefront.

Payment and delivery

Stripe processes checkout and payment details, including the email you provide there. This storefront does not receive card numbers. To unlock downloads it stores hashed identifiers for checkout sessions, access links and payment references, with order state and timestamps. These records are hosted through Sites infrastructure.

Your browser

The site saves your private access token in browser local storage where available, enabling a return visit through “My download.” Clear it through browser settings if desired, after saving the private link elsewhere. Access tokens are sent only to this site’s download service for verification. There are no advertising trackers or marketing signup forms here.

The offline kit

The HTML setup tool does not send task, repository, owner or budget entries to a server. They stay in memory until export or page closure. Exported files remain under your control.

Support and retention

Messages to lattice@shirasusystems.com are handled through Shirasu Systems’ support inbox and its configured support process. Send only your order reference and the information needed to resolve the issue. Delivery records are retained while download access and payment administration require them, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact support for access or deletion requests; deleting delivery records can remove re-download access.
