Product, price and license

These are self-service downloadable ZIPs containing editable documents, workbooks, PDF guides and fictional worked examples. Each purchase is one payment, with no subscription, shipping or automatic renewal. This launch is available to purchasers located in the United States. Prices are in US dollars, plus any applicable sales tax shown before payment. Review the final total and any currency conversion shown by Stripe.

Each purchase includes access to updates published for that product in the twelve months after purchase. No update schedule, new feature or future compatibility is promised. You may continue using the files received under your product license after that period. Source templates may not be resold or publicly redistributed. Review the linked license for the exact permitted use and sharing of completed outputs.

Requirements and scope

Files are supplied as DOCX, XLSX and PDF. WPS Writer and Spreadsheets 11.8.2.8498 on Windows were tested; Microsoft Word and Excel themselves were not tested. Read the product page, included compatibility notes and free sample before buying. You supply your actual facts, evidence, decisions and completed work. The pack does not include consulting, calls, custom completion, installation, maintenance, professional advice, factual attestations, certification or a promised customer or financial result. Fictional examples are practice material.

Delivery and updates

Payment is in advance. After Stripe confirms successful payment, the private download page provides the purchased ZIP. A private link is also emailed to the checkout address. Delayed payment methods unlock after payment succeeds. Extract the ZIP fully and open START-HERE.pdf. Keep the private link and your downloaded copy. Anyone with the link can access the purchase; permanent hosted re-download access is not promised. For a published update within your included period, contact Lattice with the product name and Stripe order reference.

Cancellation and refunds

14-day full refund, including after download. Email lattice@shirasusystems.com with your order reference within 14 calendar days of successful payment. No reason required.

We refund the full amount paid for this kit, including any sales tax we collected, to the original payment method. There is no cancellation or administration fee. We initiate eligible refunds within five business days after locating the transaction. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit; its separate fees or exchange-rate differences are outside our control.

After 14 calendar days, change-of-mind refunds are not offered. Contact us at any time about a duplicate charge, failed delivery, damaged file or product materially different from its description. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies. A full refund ends further hosted download access; applicable open-source licenses remain governed by their terms.

No physical return is required. Send only your order reference and the information needed to identify the purchase—never card details, credentials or private repository files.

A full refund withdraws hosted download access for the purchase. This does not affect rights that applicable law gives you.

Do not send confidential customer evidence, credentials or payment-card details. Refund decisions and exceptional requests may require seller review.
